Body Habitat Vernal Equinox Sleep-over Workshop

…from beginning to end we are both Body and Planet.

At the intersection of nature and the native human Body resides a well of innate knowledge and
    imaginative possibilities.

How can we find this intersection of landscape and body to re-inhabit our natural place in its unfolding
cycles of weather, season, day, night, migration, hibernation and planetary ebb and flow?

What choices might we discover about how to live, create and relate once we’ve found our way there?

Come join us for a BodyHabitat workshop at the Oregon coast designed to cajole us into deep
physical presence and a global awareness of our place on the planet.

We will work both indoors and outdoors, moving our bodies in relationship to ourselves, each other,
and the oceanic landscape of water, plants, sand, stones, shells, and coastal forest.

We use landscape elements as inspiration and as part of our community to widen and deepen our
movement and to join with planet’s native dance.
